Free Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, HORUS provides free return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning your package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges

European Union Customers

Refunds
