Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (up to 48 hours) after your payment has been successfully confirmed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Times

The estimated delivery date displayed at checkout is calculated based on the shipping service you choose before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

HORUS cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at contact@usehoruus.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, HORUS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you require additional assistance, our support team will be happy to help.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

HORUS has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to decline or cancel shipments to locations where delivery is unavailable, prohibited by law, or restricted by our shipping partners.

If this occurs, you will be notified promptly and, if applicable, receive a full refund.
